All of our Residential Park Homes (12 months’ occupancy) are Band A Council Tax and come with 1983 mobile homes contract or alternative.
Our Residential homes are situated at the front of the holiday park, set back from the day-to-day ‘hustle and bustle’. These properties offer a quiet and peaceful retreat with spectacular panoramic views over the Bronte hillsides.
Our Caravan Holiday Homes are the perfect escape for you and your family, located only a short distance from our Club House and play areas each of these homes boast magical view of the surrounding countryside.
At Upwood Holiday Park all of our Caravan Holiday Homes are fully double glazed and come with heating as standard. They consist of a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a full shower, hand basin and a toilet…

These stunning, traditional round tents are perfect if you are looking for something a bit different.
Inside the Yurt you will find a light and spacious open area containing a double bed, a sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, a lamp, a TV, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and to keep you toasty and warm there is a log burner (starter pack included) and electric heater.
Whether it is a romantic break for two or a mini adventure for a family of 4, the mega pod is for you! Inside the Mega Pod you will find a fixed double bed, a sofa bed, a toilet a washing sink, a table and four chairs, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a flat screen TV with DVD.
The Mega pods are heated and extremely well insulated, keeping you cosy and warm in even the coldest months of the year.
No need for a tent, just bring your camping gear! If you are new to camping and wanting to ease yourself in gently, or if it’s your first camping trip with children, then these pods are your perfect starting point.
The pods take away what most people perceive to be the lows of camping! With the Pod’s there are no wind swept tents, no soggy sleeping bags and absolutely no shivering!

Take your pick from grass or hard standing pitches with hook up included in the daily rate (10amp supply). Seasonal Pitches and Storage also available.
Large fully centrally heated modernised toilet and shower block with Laundry available including wet room with disabled access.
