If you are new to camping and wanting to ease yourself in gently, or if it’s your first camping trip with children, then these pods are your perfect starting point.
The pods take away what most people perceive to be the lows of camping! With the Pod’s there are no wind swept tents, no soggy sleeping bags and absolutely no shivering!
The standard pods offer an open plan single room with a wall heater, lights and a three point electric socket (don’t panic your phone won’t run out of charge), we also have single Tuffi Mattresses available for hire. All of our pods are extremely well insulated ensuring all of your party stay snug and warm for the duration of your stay.
To the outside of each Pod there is wooden decking and a gravel area for cooking on.
(BEWARE NO BBQ/ COOKING STOVES ARE TO BE TAKEN IN TO THE PODS AT ANY TIME)
This is a wonderful area for your family / group to get together and enjoy the outdoors. We thoroughly enjoy seeing our guests sitting out and enjoying the park on an evening, however we do expect that noise be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm.
We stayed for a long weekend in a camping pod. Very spacious and warm. Just what we needed. The toilet and washing facilities were very clean. The bar served good food and had an array of entertainment depending on the night. The site is located in such a place that the views are amazing. We even walked down to Haworth which was definitely worth doing. I would highly recommend this site.
The standard pods are available in 3 different sizes:
One size for a family of 3 (up to 2 adults and 1 child)
One size for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 small children or 4 adults)
And one size for a family of 5+ or 5 adults
In the Pod’s first year on the park, 100% of guests gave them a resounding thumbs up!
